    NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) July 25, 2007--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services
today assigned its preliminary ratings to Lehman Brothers Floating Rate
Commercial Mortgage Trust 2007-LLF C5's $2.478 billion commercial mortgage
pass-through certificates series 2007-LLF-C5 (see list).
The preliminary ratings are based on information as of July 25, 2007.
Subsequent information may result in the assignment of final ratings that
    differ from the preliminary ratings.
The preliminary ratings reflect the credit support provided by the

the economics of the underlying mortgage loans, and the geographic and
property type diversity of the loans. Standard & Poor's analysis determined

of 1.23x based on a weighted average stressed constant of 9.74%, and a
